The Empire of Draknir has brought seven of its worst and most infamous criminals together, for a single mission. If they succeed, they will be pardoned from their crimes. The Church of the Inheritance

The Gospel of St. Aulea served to found the first Order of Sarada Hajar, the Holy Mothers, in 3960 IY. Through their efforts, the newly created Church spread word outward of their teachings. They taught people about the Inheritance owed to them from their ancestors. Those who honored and pleased those ancestors were entitled to greater blessings in this life. They had a part in the Inherited knowledge of all those who had come before.

Emperor Torchaxe adopted the Church of the Inheritance as the official State religion of Draknir in 3987 IY. The Matriarch of the Church then began the first of many Missionaria, efforts meant to convert pagans, be they human or halfling, to the Faith.

Some would come to call it a Crusade.

The Church became so widespread, that the female Dvegar
of Draknir all joined the Church, forming a new caste.
In the years since, any former priestess or woman who
hasn't become a priestess has been known as a Sarada Oskuld.

Sometimes, it is said some Sarada Oskuld still serve the Church... but without any of the moral or ethical issues that the Sarada Hajar must contend with...
