Description
Day 2 of #Inktober. Crops. This felt better than the photo of the stylistic pen and whatnot, but it's still ink and paper. More fae causing trouble.
Day 2, CROPS
Dirtlins crawl along the rows. They love the smell of tilled dirt. Crops! Oh how these goblins want to have crops. They make their own haphazard tools, rip out planted seeds and pull in weeds. They love to farm, if only they knew how to.
They can't quite figure it out, however. Dirtlins try to farm, but always find the steps too complicated.
They toil for hours and hours, moving dirt or planting rocks. They rip out tubers and anything they can, eager to start the harvest, even when it isn't theirs to take.
Sometimes they get so far ahead of themselves, they stuff their maws full of whatever they like in the field. They fall over, asleep, certain their help will aid whatever poor farmer is stuck with them.
