Oh. Here we go.
The chill in the air. The smell of the change. A great season to see back again. One dark, full of terror. Got a cold, so now these pieces of art get to have the added essence of "I feel like dying to them." Oh #Inktober, so much fun.
Day 3 AUTUMN
The glades, woods and clearings echo with her cries. She comes back, rushing from where she had been chased.
She is chased still. Forever round, the woods. Like the many Autumn Fae, called and hunted every year.
She runs, but she stops. She sleeps, and harvests around her bloom. Her tears bring on autumn storms. Her flight calls out the cold winds of winter.
Autumn Fae enjoy harvests, and their celebrations give them pause. They halt, enjoying festivals around them. This keeps the storms that chase at bay, for a time.
But these fae also find the fear and violence of civilization disgusting. They see humans and their works are things to be torn down for the pain they cause, for the festivals they disrupt.
